To realize the vision, the college has incorporated the placement cell to mould the young engineers in to knowledge workers. The placement cell gives a silver lining to student career prospects.
About Avanthi Placement Cell:
 Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the institute. The institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. Avanthi students have delighting sucesses to their credit & today our alumni are spread across the world creating wonderful solutions working for the best organizations. Industry experts from TCS , Infosys, CTS , Microsoft, HP Visit Avanthi to provide their valuable guidance to the students & help them fine tune their skills to match the industry expecatations. Training activities are organized throughtout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes. The cell regularly invites various industries and reputed firms for campus recruitment. Durong the academic year 200910 , the Cell has organized Recuitment training program which enabled the instituion to raise the employability ratio.

PLACEMENTS ACTIVITIES:
The Training and placement cell of our college is composed of a placement officer and is assisted by placement coordinators and faculty as well as student coordinators from various departments. We invite various companies for the campus recruitment and also we organize various pooled drives also send our students to off campus drives.
Objective:
The main objective of training and Placement cell is to provide personal and career related support to the students with special emphasis on training the students on employability skills and ultimately provide placement in various Industries/Organizations by arranging campus recruitment drives.
